3rdi Reception & Lecture by Wafaa Bilal

Co-presented by Cultural Pluralism in the Arts, an initiative within the Department of Arts, Culture & Media at the University of Toronto Scarborough

The DMG celebrated 3rdi with a reception and lecture by exhibiting artist Wafaa Bilal. Bilal discussed the evolution of his practice and reflected on his personal narrative and experiences living in both the conflict zone of Iraq and the comfort zone of the United States.
