Join us to celebrate the opening of A rose gives its fragrance even to the hand that crushes it, including artist remarks. Light refreshments will be served.

Free shuttle bus with stops at the Doris McCarthy Gallery and Varley Art Gallery departs from Bloor/Spadina at 12:30 pm, to return at 5 pm. To register for a seat on the bus, please contact publicart@markham.ca.

This is a relaxed reception, attendees are welcome to come and go as they need. Admission is free and open to the public, all are welcome. The gallery is wheelchair accessible. If you have other accommodation needs, please contact dmg.utsc@utoronto.ca.
