Performance by Basil AlZeri: Almost a Full Kitchen

Almost a Full Kitchen was presented as part of our current exhibition, Place Settings: Diasporic Food Identities, a Master of Museum Studies student exhibition. 

AlZeri’s installations evoke the ongoing preservation, expression, and transformation of the artist’s identity. Each piece is informed by his past domestic experiences in Palestine and abroad, yet they highlight different performative aspects that have shaped it.
