Film Screening & Discussion of I Walked with a Zombie

It's zombie film history! Following a screening of one of the earliest zombie fims, horror classic I Walked with a Zombie(1943, Dir: Jacques Tourneur), DMG staff led a discussion on how the film used zombies to offer a critique of colonialism, as well as a discussion around the cultural shift between early depictions of zombies to contemporary zombie culture. Open exclusively to the University of Toronto community.
