Daybreak Opening Reception

Join us for the public reception celebrating our fall exhibition Daybreak. Curator Erin Szikora will deliver remarks at 3 pm, followed by a poetry reading by Connor Taylor. Throughout the reception, guests are invited to make clay relics to be added to artist saysah's installation on the edge of routine; or of sand, silt and clay.

Free shuttle bus departs from Hearth (1267A St. Clair Ave. W. Unit #6) at 1:15 pm—Hearth will be open at 1 pm, so go early to catch the exhibition Selections from the Photographic Archive of Kosen Ohtsubo before catching the bus! The bus will return to Hearth after the reception ends at 4 pm. First come, first served.

Light refreshments will be served, and a cash bar will be offered. All are welcome! This is a relaxed reception, attendees are welcome to come and go as they need, and seating will be available.
